Creating Templates
Templates help you streamline and standardize your design process.
Navigate to Design > Templates from the main menu.
Click Add Template to create a new one or choose from existing options like:
Blueprint Template
Microlearning Template
e‑Learning Template
Customize your template by setting default requirement cards, lessons, topics, assets, branding (background, logo, fonts), hierarchy names, workflow, and visible tabs.
Creating a Design
Once your template is ready, begin building your design.
Go to Design and add a design based off of one of your templates.
The hierarchy will be displayed using Course → Lesson → Topic (or custom names based on your template).
At the Course level, provide a title, description, and target audience.
Use Requirement cards to capture context and training objectives.
Add Lessons and Topics, providing titles and descriptions for each.
To insert content, open a Lesson or Topic and select + Assets; choose from Objective, Editor, Attachment, Embed, Knowledge Check, or Assessment.
Collaboration
Collaborate with teammates and SMEs directly within your designs.
Click the collaboration icon in the navigation bar.
Search for and select a user’s email to invite them; click Add, then Done.
Collaborators will receive an email notification inviting them to join the design.
To manage collaborators, click the same icon and remove individuals via the three-dot menu beside their names.
Sharing Designs
Once your design is ready, share or export it in the format that suits your needs.
Click Publish and Export in the top‑right corner.
In the modal, choose your export format:
PDF for blueprint-style output
PowerPoint (PPT) for slide-based versions (10" × 5.63") with requirements at the end
SCORM or xAPI packages for LMS deployment
XML or JSON bundles
For Link Sharing:
Set access to Off, Public, or Private.
Public = anyone with the link can view.
Private = authentication required.
Use Off to disable access.
Updating Content
Make content changes and refresh your shared or exported versions easily.
After making edits, return to the Publish modal and click the green update button to push out changes live to the Link and SCORM outputs.
