Program Strategy allows teams to measure the impact of their learning investments by creating learning programs that deliver specific business value, ensuring their programs help meet overarching business goals and demonstrating the value of their programs.
This release allows you to populate the Inputs that have driven the strategy of the program, as well as add Objectives for the Impact of the Program and any monetary or intangible benefits.
Within the Strategy section for a given program, Administrators and Program Owners will now be able to:
Link Requests to the Program Strategy.
Populate important program inputs and drivers such as the payoff opportunity, business need, job performance need, learning need and preference need.
Add Impact Objectives.
Calculate any Monetary or Intangible impacts that the Program has had.
Manage and track the results of these objectives.
