You can now change Business Users to Learning Team Users directly within the platform interface.
Administrators can access this workflow using the following steps:
Go to Settings
Select Users from the top navigation
Open a Business User's profile
Select “Change to Learning User”
5. Provide the required default information
6. Select "Yes, Change"
