Customers on the new version of Capacity Planning will now be able to access Capacity data in the Insights section.

In this section, you’ll be able to assess resource workload, utilization by team, demand versus allocation by business unit, demand by project category and more.

Time Frame Filter

  • This filter allows you to generate reports from specific time frames. Filter options include: Last Week, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, and Custom.

  • The Custom option lets you pick a start and end date, but not beyond the last 12 months or into the future.

  • Charts update to show data for the selected time frame after you click "Apply".

  • Your filter selection will remain the default view until a new filter is applied.
