We’ve released a new feature to make it easy for teams to see the status and health of their programs.
The new insights snapshot will give Program specific details around the status of the projects that are a part of that Program, show how many projects are at risk or overdue, and provide an average for the task completion. This will make it easier for teams to see Program insights and health in the flow of their work.
You can access this feature by navigating to the Programs section and opening a specific Program.
This will allow Teams to:
Better manage Programs by seeing a snapshot of the cascading projects health.
Report on the status of Programs to leadership and other stakeholders.
