You can now create a custom set of Project Templates which can be used to further streamline your project management workflow by choosing which system fields to include at the project level.

Project Templates can be customized by system administrators in the Settings > Projects > Templates area of the platform.

This release will allow teams to choose which fields they would like to have appear, select whether or not they are required to complete, and the ability to reorder them.

When creating a new project, importing projects or creating a project from a request, you will now be prompted to select a template. (If you only have one published template, that template will be used by default).

This release will allow you to better track key project details such as compliance requirements, mandatory learning and review schedules, choose which system fields you want to include at the project level, and ensure better team alignment on key project details.
