By default, a Program newly created in the system will have a status of Not Started. To change the status of a Program to In Progress or Closed, simply follow the steps below:
Click on the specific Program to be updated
Click on the Status dropdown and select the new status for your Program
Once selected, click on the Update Program button on the bottom right corner of your screen
Note: If all projects linked to a Program haven’t been completed, you will not be able to change the status of your Program to Closed.
