Our Program Management feature will help you organize your projects into broader initiatives or themes, providing with you an easy way to see what projects are related, their progress and other key details.
With this feature, you will be able to create collections of associated projects and view them in one centralized location, making it easier to manage all projects in one place. To get started, you'll click on the Add Program button.
Each Program can have up to two Program Owners, a description, a Status and a Delivery Type. From there, you'll be able to Link Projects and select which projects are part of the program.
You can easily track your team's progress as the Program view will show the percentage of tasks that have been completed and the Status of the Project.
