How the Import Process Works
Upload your file
Start by uploading a.csv,.tsv,.xls,.xlsx,.xml, or.txtfile containing your Projects, Requests, Tasks, or Users.
Map your data
You’ll be guided through matching each data point to the correct Cognota field to ensure everything imports accurately.
Review and complete
Review your setup and complete the import to successfully upload your data into the platform.
