Invitations
Trial users will receive an email notification saying that their Cognota account has been set up and will need to click on the link to confirm it.
New Learning Team Users, Business Users, and External Users will receive two email notifications. The first will state that they've been invited to join Cognota and will need to set up their password:
Once they've set up a password, a second email will ask them to confirm their account:
Intake
Default Request Owner(s) will receive an email notification when a new request has been submitted using a form they own.
Requestors will be notified when the request is updated.
Projects
Users will be notified when they are assigned or unassigned as a Project Owner.
Users will be notified when they are added as a Participant to a project.
Project Participants will be notified when they have been removed from a Project.
Project Participants will be notified when:
Project information has been updated.
Project status has been changed.
Project Participants will be notified when they have been assigned or un-assigned to a task.
Task Assignee(s) will be notified when updates have been made to their tasks.
Task Assignee(s) will be notified when the status of their tasks have been updated.
Task Assignee(s) will be notified three and one day(s) before a task is due.
Task Assignee(s) will be notified a day after a task is due.
Programs
Program Owners will be notified when their program(s) have been updated or changed.
Project Owners will be notified when their project(s) have been linked or unlinked to a program.
