Cognota’s Insights dashboard is built to help you tell the story of learning operations in your organization, whether you’re communicating with leadership, business partners or other stakeholders.

By managing your training intake and project workflow in Cognota, the platform automatically pulls and visualizes data related to these steps of the learning operations process.

To view these insights and analytics related to your intake requests, simply navigate to the Insights tab on the left menu and select the Intake option.

Here you'll see a variety of charts and representations of your data that can be filtered by:

  • Date

  • Owner

  • Business Unit

  • Request Type

  • Form

You'll be able to view the following insights:

  • Total of requests received in the Current Period

  • Most received Business Unit in the Current Period

  • Most received Request Type in the Current Period

  • Count of requests Currently In Review

  • Count of requests Currently In Review grouped by Age

  • Count of requests Currently Awaiting Cancellation

  • Count of requests Approved in the Current Period

  • Approval Ratio of the Current Period

  • Count of Requests Approved per Business Unit in the Current Period

  • Decline Ratio of the Current Period

  • Count of Requests Declined per Reason For Decline in the Current Period

  • Count of requests Declined in the Current Period

  • Historical chart of Total requests received per Period

  • Historical chart of requests received per Business Unit per Period

  • Historical chart of requests received per Type per Period

  • Historical chart of requests per Status at the end of a Period

  • Historical of Requests Approved per Period

  • Historical of Requests Declined per Period

  • Historical of Requests In Review per Period

  • Historical of Requests Canceled per Period
