In Cognota, Learning Users and Business Users will be able to submit or input new requests.
In the platform, these users will be able to submit new intake requests through the Intake tab by clicking on the "Add Request" button.
Requestors can choose from a list of request types and select the appropriate form. While filling out the form, they can either Save & Exit to save the request as a draft and return to it later, or click Submit when it's ready to be reviewed.
Users will also have the option to make their draft visible to others by turning on the "Make draft public" toggle in the top right corner. This will allow learning team users to view the draft before it’s officially submitted.
After submitting the form, requestors can view a list of their submitted requests along with their statuses. Depending on the permissions set, they may also be able to see requests submitted by their team.
Requesters will be notified when:
Their request is updated.
New comments are added to their request
Their request is Approved, Waitlisted, or Declined.
