After receiving the email invite to join Cognota and completing the initial registration, you should receive a second email asking you to verify or confirm your email address.

The confirmation email may take a few minutes to reach your inbox. We also suggest looking in your spam and junk folders. It is also possible that your business's firewall or security configuration is blocking emails from our server. In the event that you still haven't received the confirmation email, please email us or use the "Chat with us" feature found in the support section of the platform. We can typically get this resolved for you right away.
