Single Sign-On is an easy way to allow your Learning Team Users and Business Users to access Cognota using your internal SSO credentials, versus creating a custom password.

It is also a streamlined way to ensure that only those employees maintained within your Active Directory have the ability to access the application.

If your agreement includes Single Sign-On, your Customer Success Manager will reach out to you with next steps and instructions but here is an overview of the process:

1. We will provide you with our ACS URL, Entity ID and attribute mapping via email which can be provided to the IT contact on your end.

2. Your IT team will be able to establish the connection using these details and will send back the metadata XML file.

3. We'll finalize the connection and run a quick test to ensure that users are properly authenticating.
