To view Help Center articles, you must first sign in to your Cognota product and open the Help Center from within the application.
Step 1: Sign in to your Cognota product
Select your product below to sign in:
Not sure which product you're using? Identify your Cognota product.
Using single sign-on (SSO)? Sign in through your organization's dedicated SSO link, if applicable.
Step 2: Open the Help Center from within your product
Once signed in, follow the steps for your product:
Cognota Classic: Go to Resources → Learning Center.
Cognota Next Gen: Go to Profile → Help Center.
Cognota Assist Marketplace (Learnexus): Go to Profile → Help Center.
You'll now be able to browse and access Help Center articles.
