You can customize the request portal that requesters use to submit learning requests.
Who can do this: Admins and Power Users

Open the portal settings
Go to Settings › Configurations › Intake.
Select General.
Note: If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), requesters are routed directly into the platform when they log in and don't access the portal through the portal link. In that case, the Portal Name, Logo, and Portal Image settings aren't shown to users and don't need to be configured.
Portal name
You can rename the "Learning Request Portal" label to something custom. Requesters see this name when they submit a request.
Logo and portal image
You can upload a logo and a portal image. Both appear on the page when users open the request portal through the portal link. A preview on the right shows how the images will look on your portal landing page.
Portal image size: a large image is recommended, with a minimum height of 1080px.
Maximum file size: 10MB.
Default image: to keep the Cognota default, select Use default image.
Team request visibility for business users
Use Display Team Requests for Business Users to choose whether business users can see requests submitted by others on their team.
On: business users can see all requests submitted by their team.
Off: requests are visible only to your learning team users.
