You can now mark requests as Completed in Cognota, giving the intake lifecycle a clear end state.
What's new:
Mark a request Completed inline from the requests list, or from the request details page.
Set the completion date via a confirmation modal when you mark a request Completed.
See status at a glance. The request banner displays the Completed status and completion date.
Filter and report on Completed requests. Completed is now part of the status filter dropdown, dashboard widgets, and Intake insights.
Exports include Completed requests, along with their completion date.
Notifications:
When a request is marked Completed, the requester and request owner(s) are notified by email and in-app.
Good to know:
Legacy requests are unaffected and will not have the Completed status option.
