Active Projects View in Teams Capacity [June 16, 2026]

Written by Asia Ali

The Team Capacity view now defaults to showing only active projects and active users — giving you a cleaner, more focused picture of your team's current workload.

A new filter panel gives you full control over what's displayed, and your selections are saved automatically.

What's new:

  • Archived projects and deactivated users are hidden by default. Use the filter panel to include them anytime by checking Include archived projects or Include deactivated users.

  • Filter by project status to focus on active work — for example, select only In Queue and In Progress to cut through the noise.

  • Filter selections persist across sessions and between views, so your setup is always waiting for you.

  • Filters are display-only — they have no impact on capacity calculations.
