We’re excited to introduce Power Users—a new role designed to help Learning teams move faster while maintaining the control and structure organizations require.

Why Power Users?

As teams grow, relying on Global Admins for everyday updates can slow things down. Power Users solve this by giving trusted team members the ability to manage key operational elements—without granting full administrative access.

What Power Users Can Do

Power Users have the ability to view, create, edit, and update the core building blocks of your workflows, including:

  • Teams (Vendors)

  • Request Forms

  • Project Processes

  • Project Templates

  • Task Bundles

  • Custom Fields

This enables team leads and key contributors to take action quickly and keep work moving forward.

What Power Users Can’t Access

To ensure governance and system integrity, Power Users do not have access to sensitive or system-wide settings, including:

  • Teams (Learning or Business)

  • Users

  • Request Portal Settings

  • Finance Settings & Budgets

  • Dashboards

How to Enable Power User Access

Admins can enable Power User access for any Learning Team user in just a few steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Users

  2. Select the relevant Learning Team user profile

  3. Toggle Power User ON

  4. Click Update

Power Users strike the right balance between flexibility and governance—so your team can operate efficiently without sacrificing oversight.
