Admins
Admins can see all requests in the platform.
Learning Team Users
Learning team users can see:
Requests they own
Requests owned by members of their team
Requests they've submitted
Requests where they've been added as a reviewer
Business Users
Business users can see:
Requests they've submitted
Requests where they've been added as a reviewer
If the Display Team Requests for Business Users setting is enabled, they will also see:
Requests submitted by members of their team
Requests where the Business Unit matches their team
Projects
In the Projects tab, business users that are participants of projects will only be able to view linked requests that they have request visibility into (matching the criteria above based on the settings).
