We’ve rolled out a few new improvements in Cognota designed to make day-to-day work faster, clearer, and more flexible for your team. Here’s what’s new 👇
1. Team filters in Dashboards
Admins can now filter dashboards by team, making it easier to focus on the work that matters most and get cleaner, more relevant views for reporting and decision-making.
2. Inline editing for Project Status
You can now update project status inline across all major project tables — including:
Projects
Home page Projects Due
Program detail views
Goal detail views
This makes it quicker to keep the project statuses up to date without jumping in and out of records.
To support this, we’ve also aligned table interactions: clicking the project name now takes you into the project, continuing the consistent experience we’ve been rolling out across task tables.
3. Unlimited project owners
We’ve removed the limit on project owners, so you can now assign as many owners as needed when shared accountability makes sense.
