With Flexible Dashboards, you can:
Choose from a catalog of ready-to-use insights
Arrange cards into layouts that fit your reporting needs
Apply a single date range filter across the entire dashboard
Drill into underlying data and export insights for sharing
Note: Dashboards are available to Admin users only.

Getting Started
Accessing Dashboards
In the left-hand navigation, select Dashboards (located between Home and Insights)
Click Create Dashboard
Enter a name for your dashboard
Adding Insight Cards
Select Add Insights
Browse or select from the five insight categories:
Requests
Projects
Tasks
Users
Capacity Management
Click an insight card to select it
Mix and match cards across categories
Click Add Selected to add them to your dashboard
Once added, cards can be repositioned using drag-and-drop.

Request Decision Rate | Percentage of requests with a decision date |

Viewing Your Dashboards
Managing Insight Cards
Use the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of an insight card to:
View Insight Data
Drill into the underlying data behind the cardExport Data
Download a CSV of the summary or drill-through dataExport PDF
Export the card as it appears on screenDelete Insight
Remove the card from the dashboard
Important: Always click Save Changes after creating or editing dashboards.
Managing the Dashboard
Use the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard to:
Export PDF
Download a PDF of the entire dashboardEdit Dashboard Name
Rename the dashboardDelete Dashboard
Permanently delete the dashboard (this cannot be undone)
Filtering Your Data
Dashboards support date range filtering across all insight cards.
Select Filter
Choose a timeframe
Click Apply
All insight cards will update to reflect the selected date range.
Notes
PDF Export of Scrollable Cards
Only the visible portion of a card is included in PDF exports. Scrollable content off-screen will not appear.Limited Dashboard Filters
Only date range filtering is currently supported. Team-based filtering is in development.No Custom Field Reporting
Insight cards do not support filtering, grouping, or reporting on custom fields.Dashboard Sharing Not Available

Glossary of Terms
The following terms appear in Dashboard insight cards.

Demand Hours | The estimated hours of a task. This represents the expected effort required to complete the task |
Allocated Hours | The duration assigned to tasks. For assigned tasks, this equals the estimated hours |
Allocated Hours per Assignee | Allocated Hours divided by number of assignees |
Allocated Hours per Assignee per Day | Allocated Hours per assignee divided by business days |
Actual Hours | Actual time logged by users |
Scheduled Hours | Time spent facilitating events (ILT, vILT, Hybrid) |
Available Hours | Capacity Hours minus Allocated and Scheduled Hours |
Capacity Hours | Total working hours after time off |
Projected Utilization | (Allocated + Scheduled) ÷ Capacity Hours |
Actual Utilization | (Actual + Scheduled) ÷ Capacity Hours |
Task Allocation Rate | Allocated Hours ÷ Demand Hours |
Task Allocation Utilization Rate | Actual Hours ÷ Allocated Hours |
