You can now archive requests in Cognota.
With this release, admin and request owners will be able to:
Archive an individual Request β In the "More Actions" menu, you now have the option to move a specific request into an archived state.
Unarchive an individual Request β If a request needs to be reactivated or revisited, you can restore it to the active list with ease.
View only archived Requests (new filter) β A dedicated filter allows you to toggle your view so you can see only the archived items when needed.
This enhancement gives you greater control over your request lifecycle. By archiving requests that are no longer relevant, you can keep your active list focused and clean β while still maintaining access to historical records for reporting, auditing or reference.
