We've released a number of improvements to our Task Management feature. Below is a summary of the key updates:
Each task will now have its own unique Task ID (ex. T000001, T000002 etc.).
You can now drag and drop to reorder tasks.
The Status column has been placed directly to the right of the Task Title so that you can easily see this information.
We've updated the pagination on the Centralized and Projects > Tasks lists to use infinite scroll for a smoother experience.
Tasks will no longer store timestamps for task dates. This resolves issues with users seeing different dates on the same task due to timezone differences.
Users can now update actual hours regardless of the task status or current date.
The Add Hours button will appear to the right of the Actual Hours field for better visibility.
We've made it easier to actual hours by removing the green checkmark step.
Actual hours entries will be grouped by assignee.
We've simplified the permissions surrounding Actual Hours. Now, if a user is able to…
edit a task - they are able to add/remove actual hours for themselves on the task.
view a task - they are able to view actual hours logged on the task.
